Rayo Cole Hair Policy  

As a bespoke wig-making and custom extension company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services tailored to meet your unique needs.

All sales are final, and no refunds are offered under any circumstances. The client agrees to accept and pay for products at the agreed purchase price.

If products are unclaimed within 90 days of notification, the deposit will be forfeited, and we cannot be held accountable for unclaimed goods.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Rayo Cole Hair is not liable for any shipping charges incurred for purchases, revisions, or alterations. Clients are also responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties applicable in their country.

There is a 7-day grace period for revisions. During this time, products are eligible for changes provided they remain in their original condition, meaning they must be brand new, never worn, with uncut lace, thin skin, or wefts, and accompanied by the original invoice. Within this timeframe, certain alterations are covered, such as adding or removing hair and making minor adjustments like color or cap size, as discussed during consultations. After the 7-day period, any alterations or changes become the responsibility of the client. Alterations after seven days are charged at an hourly rate.

Damages from incorrect handling, such as fraying or tears, are not covered. No warranty is available on the hair itself, and we do not accept returns on hair once purchased, used, or installed. We are not responsible for any third-party alterations, including stylist coloring, altering, or cutting the hair. Once the hair has been altered from its original state, the client assumes full responsibility.

We require head molds and measurements to create our custom wigs. We ask our clients to take these molds themselves. Please understand that the accuracy of the custom wig relies on the precision of your measurements and tracings. We require tape measurements for our stock wigs. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect molds. However, if there are any errors in the original template, please inform us within seven days upon receipt of the wig, and we will be happy to make adjustments.

Custom units require 8-16 weeks for creation, while TV/Film wigs require 6-8 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Repairs are charged on an hourly basis. Our stock wigs are rotated regularly and are available for delivery within 1 to 6 weeks.
